1st Step: Our "smart pattern home heating service" begins when, as a new customer, you receive your first service call from us. This is the initial inspection and tune-up of the heating system.

2nd Step: Our technicians make an equipment survey and parts list detailing the heating components. This becomes a permanent, computerized record of your service history.

3rd Step: Having your service history and maintenance records in our office and available to our technicians and department managers enables us to bring together service, sales, and oil delivery departments whenever a prompt, emergency response is needed. All is accomplished to relieve the stress of inconvenience that can occur due to burner malfunction.

4th Step: The annual oil burner tune-up and boiler maintenance is the 4th step in our "smart pattern home heating service" and possibly the most important service you will receive from us during the year. This service is diagnostic and preventative, and is done once a year, each year, regularly to insure the safety and combustion efficiency of the heating system. It is a means of reducing fuel bills as well as preventing expensive system repairs.

As your Oilheat supplier, our oil delivery and service departments review your oil usage and adjust your delivery schedule as the weather dictates, insuring a worry-free, home heating experience. Our job as your Oilheat supplier is to bring your fuel oil shipments on time and to reduce expensive repairs and wasteful fuel usage.

6th Step: As hard as we work to bring your boiler up to its optimum fuel efficiency, you, as the homeowner, must be involved too. It is customary for our customer service department to call from time to time with specific home heating tips that we know will produce the best results.
